This renovation project transformed an old residence and winery into a modern and functional home, meeting the family’s needs with sophistication and comfort. Each space was carefully designed to provide a unique wellness experience, maximizing available spaces and fulfilling the client's desires.

House to be Renovated

The house was organized into three main areas, ensuring functionality and comfort for every moment of family life.

Front Area: The front section houses three bedrooms, one of which is a spacious suite, along with a complete guest bathroom that includes a bathtub — a special request from the client to create a relaxing atmosphere. The bedrooms were designed to offer privacy and comfort, creating a peaceful retreat for the residents.

• Integration with the Rear: The house connects to the rear through a corridor illuminated by windows, offering a view of an internal courtyard. This creates a smooth transition between spaces while bringing natural light into every room.

• Social Area: The social section of the house consists of a large integrated space that includes the living room and dining room, with an emphasis on the double-height ceiling that enhances the sense of space and grandeur. The fireplace, finished in burnt cement, serves both as a decorative and functional element, adding a touch of sophistication to the environment. The kitchen, also integrated into the living area, creates a fluid layout, making the space perfect for family gatherings.

• Mezzanine: The mezzanine is an area dedicated to recreation and work. On one side, there is a recreation space for the children, and on the other, a more secluded office, creating a peaceful environment ideal for focused activities. With a lower ceiling in this part of the house, the spaces were designed for more intimate and comfortable activities.

• Third Floor: The third floor of the house is dedicated to leisure and hosting guests. Featuring an outdoor gourmet area with a pool, the space becomes perfect for socializing and relaxation. An additional guest bedroom and a full bathroom ensure the privacy and comfort of visitors.

In addition to the main areas, the house includes a spacious garage, a pool equipment room, laundry, and a storage area, providing practicality and organization for daily life.

Transforming the old house into this new project was a significant challenge, but the goal of creating a modern, functional, and welcoming environment guided all the choices. Every detail was carefully considered to maximize space usage and provide a comfortable experience for the residents.
