This project was a complete transformation of the facade of the main house in Santa Maria, located in a privileged location. The owners wanted to transform the front part of the house into a high-end residence or an elegant sushi restaurant, and we worked to erase all traces of the old house, creating a modern and sophisticated design.

Project Highlights:

1. Complete Facade Renovation

The facade was completely renovated, replacing the old design with a modern and elegant aesthetic that suits both a luxury residence and a refined restaurant.

2. Expansion of the Garage and Terrace

We expanded the garage and terrace, providing more space for parking and living areas. The expanded terrace is perfect for accommodating more tables and chairs, ideal for a restaurant or events.

3. Great Imposing Pillars

The addition of large pillars to the facade gave a feeling of grandeur and elegance, creating a striking and inviting presence.

4. New Lighting

We implemented new, strategic lighting that highlights the architecture and creates a welcoming, modern environment for both residents and restaurant customers.

5. Glass and Vegetation Railing

The use of glass balustrades brought a contemporary and sophisticated touch, while the greenery with palm trees added a natural and refreshing element to the design.
