Living Room Renovation Project

Location: Santa Maria, RS.

In this project, our objective was to transform a traditional living room into a modern and functional space, prepared to receive guests via Airbnb. The renovation focused on contemporary design, spatial efficiency and comfort, creating a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Project Highlights:

1. Bookcase with LED

We developed a shelf with LED lighting that not only adds a modern touch, but also hides the pipes of the newly created bathroom. The bookcase was designed to create a symmetrical volume, perfectly integrating functionality and aesthetics.

2. Comfort and Style in the Living Room

One of the key elements was the addition of a fluffy rug, which contributes to the comfort and welcoming of the space. In front of the sofa, we installed an eco-friendly fireplace, which combines energy efficiency and modern design, providing a stylish focal point for the room.

3. TV Panel with Ripado and Carrara Marble

The TV panel was designed with slats and Carrara marble, creating a sophisticated and harmonious combination. The slat also hides a secret door that gives access to a storage area, keeping the aesthetic clean and organized.
